Scheduling & Rescheduling
Confirm scheduled dates and communicate changes as early as possible.
These policies establish general expectations for scheduling, cancellations, conduct, eligibility, facilities, privacy, documentation, and other matters associated with Triple A Coach services and events.
Clear expectations allow everyone to plan appropriately, communicate effectively, and understand their respective responsibilities before a scheduled service or event.
These policies apply generally to clients, students, organizations, participants, visitors, and others interacting with Triple A Coach unless different terms have been established in writing for a specific service, event, contract, or program.
Confirm scheduled dates and communicate changes as early as possible.
Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on timing and non-recoverable costs.
Professional, lawful, safe, and respectful conduct is expected.
Participants remain responsible for meeting applicable eligibility and administrative requirements.
Weather, closures, emergencies, and facility restrictions may require changes.
Information may be maintained for legitimate business, documentation, and compliance purposes.
Government agencies determine their own eligibility, licensing, permitting, and approval requirements.
Facilities and partner organizations may maintain additional rules, fees, waivers, and requirements.
Appointments, classes, consultations, events, and other scheduled services should be confirmed before arrival. Clients are responsible for verifying the scheduled date, time, location, and any applicable preparation requirements.
Requests to reschedule should be made as early as possible. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.
Arriving late may reduce the amount of time available for the scheduled service. When other clients, facility reservations, or scheduled commitments are involved, the original end time may still apply.
Failure to appear for a scheduled service without prior communication may be treated as a missed appointment and may affect eligibility for rescheduling, credits, or refunds.
Refund eligibility may depend on when a cancellation is requested, the type of service involved, facility or venue commitments, instructor commitments, materials already purchased, administrative expenses, and other non-recoverable costs.
Certain events, programs, reservations, special orders, deposits, custom services, or third-party costs may have separate cancellation terms.
When specific cancellation or refund terms are provided for an event, course, contract, invoice, registration, or other service, those specific terms may control.
Clients, students, participants, and visitors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and follow applicable staff, instructor, venue, facility, and event directions.
Triple A Coach may pause, restrict, or terminate participation when conduct creates a safety concern, materially disrupts the activity, violates applicable rules, or otherwise makes continued participation inappropriate.
Clients are responsible for meeting any legal, administrative, employment, licensing, permit, agency, organizational, prerequisite, identification, or other eligibility requirements that apply to their individual circumstances.
Completion of a Triple A Coach service does not by itself guarantee approval by a government agency, employer, licensing authority, certifying organization, facility, or other third party.
When documentation or prerequisites are required, clients should confirm that they have satisfied those requirements before the scheduled service.
Outdoor activities, facility-based services, special events, and other scheduled activities may be affected by weather, emergencies, closures, restrictions, facility availability, staffing issues, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Triple A Coach.
When necessary, Triple A Coach may adjust the schedule, location, format, or other logistical details of a service or event.
When a significant change is required, reasonable efforts will be made to communicate updated information to affected participants.
Client and participant information may be collected and maintained for legitimate administrative, scheduling, communication, documentation, compliance, payment, recordkeeping, and business purposes.
Information may also be provided to an applicable government agency, facility, certifying organization, service provider, or other third party when required for the applicable service or when otherwise authorized or required.
Clients should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through unsecured communication channels.
Information provided by Triple A Coach regarding laws, regulations, licensing, permits, applications, agency procedures, or similar requirements is provided for general informational purposes.
Government eligibility decisions, licensing decisions, permits, approvals, applications, processing times, fees, forms, and administrative requirements are controlled by the appropriate government authority.
Laws, regulations, agency procedures, forms, fees, and other requirements may change. Clients should verify important requirements using the current information provided by the responsible authority.
Some Triple A Coach services and events are conducted at facilities owned, operated, or controlled by third parties.
