REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Clear Terms. Fair Expectations.

This page explains the general Triple A Coach policies regarding cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, credits, special events, custom services, and circumstances that may affect a scheduled service.

PLEASE PLAN AHEAD Early Communication Gives Us More Options.

If your plans change, contact Triple A Coach as early as possible. Late changes may involve scheduling costs, facility commitments, materials, or other expenses that cannot be recovered.

POLICY OVERVIEW

What Determines a Refund or Rescheduling Option?

The available option may depend on when the request is made, the type of service involved, costs already incurred, venue or facility commitments, materials purchased, and any specific terms associated with the service or event.

01

Timing

The amount of advance notice provided may affect rescheduling or refund eligibility.

02

Service Type

Private services, events, custom packages, and other programs may have different commitments or costs.

03

Expenses

Costs already committed or paid to third parties may affect the amount that can be refunded.

04

Specific Terms

Specific registration, event, invoice, or contract terms may supersede the general policy on this page.

POLICY 01

Rescheduling

Advance Notice

If you need to change a scheduled appointment, service, or training date, contact Triple A Coach as early as possible.

Changes Within 72 Hours

Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.

Current Rescheduling Fee: $25 when a qualifying rescheduling request is made within 72 hours of the scheduled service.

Availability

A rescheduled date is subject to instructor, facility, venue, and calendar availability. The ability to reschedule does not guarantee that a specific replacement date will be available.

POLICY 02

Client Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as the client knows they will not be able to participate in a scheduled service or event.

A cancellation does not automatically guarantee a full refund. Refund eligibility may depend on the timing of the cancellation and any costs, commitments, or expenses already associated with the reservation.

Failure to appear without prior notice may be treated differently from a cancellation communicated in advance.

Important: Specific courses, events, private services, custom packages, or contracts may include separate cancellation terms.
POLICY 03

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances of the cancellation and the costs already committed to providing the scheduled service.

Depending on the circumstances, an available resolution may include:

  • A refund when appropriate
  • A partial refund when non-recoverable costs apply
  • Rescheduling to another available date
  • A credit toward another eligible service
  • Another written arrangement agreed upon by the parties

Nothing on this page guarantees that every cancellation will qualify for every option listed above.

POLICY 04

Non-Recoverable Costs

Certain costs may be incurred before a scheduled service or event takes place. When those expenses cannot reasonably be recovered, they may affect the amount eligible for refund.

Examples may include:

  • Facility or venue reservations
  • Administrative or processing expenses
  • Materials purchased specifically for the service
  • Third-party fees
  • Special orders
  • Event-related commitments
  • Other expenses already incurred for the reservation

Any applicable deduction should relate to costs actually associated with the scheduled service or event.

POLICY 05

Events & Custom Services

Special events, private groups, custom packages, organization-specific services, and other arrangements may involve costs or commitments that differ from a standard individual appointment.

These services may therefore have separate deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, transfer, or refund terms.

When specific terms are provided on an event registration, invoice, proposal, agreement, contract, or booking page, those specific terms should be reviewed before payment.

Specific Terms Control: If a particular event or custom service includes written cancellation or refund terms, those terms may supersede this general policy for that service.
POLICY 06

Cancellation by Triple A Coach

Occasionally a scheduled service may need to be changed or cancelled because of instructor availability, emergencies, weather, facility closures, venue issues, safety concerns, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of Triple A Coach.

When Triple A Coach cancels a service and an appropriate replacement date cannot be arranged, any applicable resolution will be communicated to the affected client or participant.

Reasonable efforts will be made to notify affected participants when a significant schedule or location change occurs.

POLICY 07

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally returned through an appropriate available payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, financial institution, event platform, or other third-party service involved.

A refund being approved or initiated does not necessarily mean the funds will immediately appear in the customer’s account.

Questions regarding a refund request should include enough information to identify the applicable booking, event, invoice, or transaction.

IMPORTANT

Specific Booking Terms May Differ

This page provides the general Triple A Coach refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policy. A specific event, registration, custom package, invoice, proposal, contract, or other service may include additional or different written terms. Review the terms associated with the particular service before completing payment.
