Refund & Cancellation Policy | Triple A Coach LLC Effective: Aug 10, 2025

This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows are handled for coaching, classes, and special events booked with Triple A Coach LLC.

Quick summary

  • 7+ days before your session: Full refund or free reschedule. Fees and taxes are non-refundable. Non-refundable deposits are also non-refundable.
  • 3–6 days before: 50% refund or free reschedule
  • Under 72 hours: No refund. One reschedule allowed with a $25 reschedule fee (subject to availability).
  • No-show / under 24 hours: Payment forfeited. One make-up may be offered at 50% of the original fee (case-by-case).
  • Weather / range closure / instructor cancellation: You choose full refund less non-refundable deposits or credit / reschedule.
  • Special/catered events: See contract for refund and cancellation. Contracted refund and cancellation policy overrides general refund policy.

What this covers

All bookings made through our website, phone, or Calendly for firearms training, coaching, and instructor-led events hosted by Triple A Coach LLC.

Special & catered events

Events with fixed per-person costs (e.g., range buyouts, catering, materials) have earlier deadlines:

  • 14+ days prior: Full refund or 100% credit.
  • 7–13 days prior: 50% refund or 100% credit.
  • Under 7 days: No refund. Where possible, 100% credit minus a materials fee may be offered.

If we must cancel or postpone

If Triple A Coach cancels due to instructor availability, range closure, or safety concerns, you may choose a full refund, credit, or a new date. For weather-related delays, we typically reschedule; if you can’t attend the new date, you may request a full refund.

Safety & eligibility

  • Participants must be legally eligible to handle firearms and follow all safety rules and instructor directions.
  • Possession, suspected use, or influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited. Removal for safety reasons is not refundable.
  • Required equipment and attire must meet course standards. Unsafe gear may prevent participation.

Transfers, credits & gift certificates

  • You may transfer your booking to another qualified adult up to 24 hours before start time. Notify us by phone or via your Calendly confirmation link.
  • Credits are non-transferable unless approved and expire 6 months from issue.
  • Gift certificates are not refundable but remain valid through their printed expiration date.

How to cancel or reschedule

  1. Use the “Manage booking” link in your Calendly confirmation email/text, or
  2. Call (719) 654-2506. If we miss you, leave a voicemail with your name, booking date/time, and callback number.

Time stamps are based on Mountain Time (America/Denver). We honor the time your request is received in our system or phone log.

Refund methods & timelines

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls when funds appear.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for funds to post.
  • Where applicable, non-refundable payment processor fees or expired promotional discounts are not returned.

Exceptions & force majeure

We may make reasonable exceptions for military orders, documented medical emergencies, or other hardship. Events outside our control (e.g., extreme weather, emergency orders, utility failures) may require rescheduling. This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.
