How It Works

Each session blends functional movements (carries, sleds, sandbags, sprints) with marksmanship tasks (accuracy, transitions, reloads, malfunctions) to build safe, repeatable performance under stress.

Grip, sights, trigger, recoil control, movement, efficiency, stage planning, and judgment β€” plus gear setup that actually works under fatigue.

Intro Session

  • Safety, standards, and range flow
  • Dry-run movement & gun handling
  • Short live-fire blocks to validate skills
  • Recommended ammo: 75–125 rounds

Train-Up

  • Work: capacity blocks + accuracy tests
  • Timed stages & progressive loads
  • Movement: laterals, positions, barriers
  • Recommended ammo: 125–200 rounds

Competition Prep

How hard is the fitness?
We scale load, distance, and reps to your current capacity. Your job is to move well and shoot safely; we’ll manage the stress dose.
Can I bring a friend who’s new?
Yes. We run safety-first progressions that are beginner-friendly while still challenging experienced shooters.
Pistol or rifle?
Either (or both). Sessions list which platform(s) we’re emphasizing. Bring the setup you want to validate under fatigue.
Do you provide guns or ammo?
We do not supply ammunition, firearms, or related equipment by default. Limited loaners may be available if arranged in advance.
