Program Overview

How the Train-Up Works

01

How It Works

Each session blends functional movements such as carries, sleds, sandbags, and sprints with marksmanship tasks including accuracy, transitions, reloads, and malfunction work.

Who It’s For

New to advanced shooters who want structured, scalable training that improves fitness, weapons handling, stage management, and safe performance under stress.

What You’ll Build

Grip, sights, trigger control, recoil management, movement, efficiency, stage planning, judgment, and a gear setup that still works when you are tired.

Pistol or rifle?
Either or both, depending on the scheduled session. Bring the platform and setup you want to validate under fatigue.
