Triple A Coach policies are designed to establish clear expectations for students, instructors, clients, and organizations.

Scheduling & Rescheduling

Training dates and appointments should be confirmed before arrival. Requests to reschedule within 72 hours of a scheduled training session may be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the specific course, event, reservation, venue, instructor commitment, or third-party costs associated with the scheduled service.

Safety & Conduct

Triple A Coach reserves the right to stop participation when conduct is unsafe, disruptive, impaired, unlawful, or inconsistent with instructor direction or facility rules.

Eligibility & Legal Compliance

Clients are responsible for meeting all applicable age, legal, employment, licensing, permit, and agency requirements for the service they are requesting.

Weather & Facility Changes

Outdoor conditions, facility closures, range restrictions, emergency situations, or other circumstances outside the control of Triple A Coach may require schedule or location changes.

Privacy & Records

Information collected in connection with training or professional services is used for legitimate business, administrative, documentation, and compliance purposes.

Government Requirements

Triple A Coach provides educational information regarding laws and government programs but does not control government eligibility, licensing, permitting, or approval.

Third-Party Facilities

Clients may also be required to comply with policies, waivers, fees, identification requirements, and safety rules established by third-party facilities.
