As a top-ranked instructor for the Special Forces, David led Special Forces Sniper and Elite teams in advanced training. He specializes in the safe handling, employment, and marksmanship of pistols and rifles, to include the Coveted AR-15.

Meet Carmen Maldonado, a Culver City, CA native with a rich Hispanic heritage, has developed a passion for firearms and firearms training. Carmen has shown an eager interest and determination in her skill and knowledge, all thanks to her brother who owns Tactical Black in California. Carmen’s husband, David, has also played a vital role in mentoring her firearm expertise. As a female instructor, Carmen aims to empower women and make them feel comfortable around firearms. She is committed to teaching women how to handle firearms safely and confidently, no matter their prior experience or level of intimidation. Carmen’s ambition unleashes her commitment to her students’ growth and empowerment.
